My goal as a designer is to transform complex knowledge into memorable and engaging learning. I utilize backwards design, focusing on developing a cohesive learner-centered experience.

I specialize in working with Articulate Storyline and Rise. Utilizing a combination of Articulate with other eLearning development tools allows me to create personalized learning paths using triggers and variables, while also ensuring alignment with the overall learning objectives. I am passionate about designing learning that not only informs, but also engages, making complex topics easier to understand and apply.

Beyond my technical skills, I bring a strategic mindset and am highly skilled in finding creative solutions to problems. Working cross-collaboratively on strategic initiatives with other departments, I’m often asked to develop internal solutions or advise on adult learning and design best practices for internal training.

I live in the North suburbs of Chicago with my two daughters, two goldendoodles, and eLearning developer husband. I love to be outside and active as much as possible. I also enjoy reading, playing piano, traveling, and exploring the arts in our community.
